Unlocking Syria's Hidden Goldmine: Your Gateway to Untapped Investment

Infinite investment opportunities await. Now is the perfect time to secure your stake in a nation transitioning after sixty years of dictatorship. Strategically positioned on the Mediterranean in the heart of the Middle East, Syria is poised to become a vital global transit hub for oil and liquefied natural gas (LNG), especially amidst ongoing crises in the Strait of Hormuz. Following the lifting of US and international sanctions—most notably the removal of Syria from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list—the country is experiencing rapid economic growth and a return to stability across its newly reunified territories.

For corporate leaders and forward-thinking investors, we offer comprehensive support to launch your next major venture. Entering Syria’s emerging market today offers exceptionally low startup costs. The market is highly receptive and remains an unexploited, fertile ground across all sectors—including construction, energy, telecommunications, technology, tourism, agriculture, and retail. Regionally, Syria is recognized as the upcoming corridor for exporting Gulf oil and Qatari LNG via pipelines to the port of Baniyas or through Turkey directly into Europe.

Furthermore, the post-war landscape presents massive opportunities for construction, infrastructure development, and waste recycling projects to rebuild affected cities. The tourism sector is equally promising, driven by world-class UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as the Straight Street—the historic path traveled by Saint Paul the Apostle—as well as ancient churches, the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus, the ancient city and amphitheater of Bosra, and the legacy of Queen Zenobia. Additionally, the pristine Syrian coastline is in high demand for premium hotels and hospitality services. In short, this is an unparalleled opportunity to capitalize on low entry costs in a completely fresh market.

An initial 40% of the share capital is deposited into the company's bank account (under incorporation) and may subsequently be withdrawn and redeposited. This enables the company to present deposit receipts evidencing that the entire share capital has been paid within six months from the date of incorporation. The statutory minimum share capital is SYP 50,000,000, equivalent to approximately USD 5,000, depending on the exchange rate applicable on the date of payment. This amount remains available for withdrawal once the company's bank account becomes fully operational.
