Company Capital: The minimum capital for an LLC is 50 million Syrian Pounds, equivalent to approximately $5,000 USD at the time of writing.
(Note: The capital does not need to be fully frozen. You may deposit 40% initially and complete the amount within one year. The funds can also be recycled through withdrawals and deposits.)
Establishment Costs:
On average, the cost is around $3,000, which may vary. This amount covers legal fees, registration fees, and handling of tax matters.
Additional Costs:
